(no subject)

It was a busy weekend. I don't just need a vacation from my vacation, I need a vacation from my life! :-)

I think this has been the busiest April of my entire life! Including all my Aprils in college.... I am SO glad the month is almost over. Of course, there is still one more trip this month... I get to go see my little sister in Carosel next weekend! I'm so excited! Of course, I'll also get to see a lot of other family, including my cute baby nephew! :-)

So, anyway, it was still a busy weekend... :-) yesterday was go, go, go from about 7 am when I finally got out of bed until 9pm when I got home from picking up my last Stampin' Up! order. [livejournal.com profile] kehf's workshop was a lot of fun. One of Auntie's co-workers came, as well as Kehf's mother-in-law and [livejournal.com profile] jwyldragon. And, yes, [livejournal.com profile] julesong was there as well... tired brain... :-) Valentine participated and did very well with the stamps. I made another mini promotion based on the sales at the workshop last night. Thanks again, everyone! :-)

today will be much quieter, I'm hoping. I'm going to get the order put in, do some paid work, and go grocery shopping. I'm going to try to enjoy some of the forcasted 80 degree weather in the hammock. I've already watered my plants so I don't have to worry about them wilting in the heat today.

Life is good. Even if it is busy... :-)

psssst...

You forgot [livejournal.com profile] julesong was there too. She brought her older stamps, which were very cool to look at, and had some good ideas, I think... even if she was very tired. :)

Valentine was very good for a 5 yr old full of energy, who had to stay pretty still if he wanted to participate! :)

You did a great job, Jeri Lynn! Looking forward to my workshop ...

Oops! Thanks! :-)

Glad you had fun. And, all things considered, Valentine did great!
