It's going to be another pretty day! :-)
I realized yesterday that all my walking isn't going to help much with our planned backpack trip later this summer if I don't start walking with a pack. I just won't be ready!
So, this morning, I packed a few things into my frame pack and walked with it on.They weren't anything particularly heavy... a sleeping bag, a tent, a couple of thermarests, my first aid stuff... But it was weight on my back while I was walking. I walked about a mile with the pack on (yes, Jeffrey, up to 10th and back home is just over 2000 steps--1 mile). I'll keep doing this for a bit and then gradually up the wieght! And I will definitely use it the next time I go grocery shopping! It is so much more comfortable! :-)
today is stamping and working day! I have a bunch of swaps that I need to finish and then I have some paid work to do before our meeting today. It's going to be a good day!
