I just had the best, bar none, baklava that I have EVER had in my life! Mr. Gyros. My new favorite restaraunt in the Seattle area. But if you want the baklava, go early! He only makes 1 pan/day... One of the reasons that I like it so much is that it's sweet, but it's light instead of heavy and cloying. Most baklava that I've had uses really heavy honey. I asked, and this is more traditional where they make a syrup instead of using honey. It was divine!
