I spent most of yesterday learning the basics of Dreamweaver 4. Once I hacked my way around something it wouldn't do the way I wanted, I got a pretty nice template that was very much like the site layout I used in version 2 of the website. And, it being a template, it will be much easier to update things like links and code correction and make sure that each page gets the update. Also, I put much higher resolution pictures up (but still pretty small. Thank you, Adobe 'save for web' feature of Photoshop!!!!). The wedding pictures up are still pretty limited, but I'm working on getting more up. I'll let you all know when I get to the friends page of the wedding section... :-) anyway here's the link: www.speakeasy.net/~jcornish Let me know what you think!
Today I made cupcakes. I have a friend who's birthday is next week, but she is going to be out of town. I happen to know that this friend's favorite cookies are Snickerdoodles. So, I'm going to stop by today with some snickerdoodle cupcakes (a white cake doctored with a bunch of stuff, including a bunch of cinnamon, and cinnamon frosting... truly decadent...). They are really good!
Well, it's 8 am. Time to go check on the temperature inside and out and see if I need to shut the house up yet.
