almost done
Aug. 26th, 2005 10:14 pmDiane is safely installed in her dorm room and we head for home pretty early tomorrow morning. We picked Diane up this evening and went out to dinner... Mmmm... Olive Garden is still one of my all time favorite places! We also got some more swimming time in at Grandma's pool. Part of that time was spent with some of my cousins. It was fun.
So, my packing is (mostly) done. The car will be packed up tomorrow morning. It will seem WAY roomy in the car. We came out here with 6 people (1 of whom was moving and had all her stuff in the car). We're leaving with 4 people and a lot less stuff. Kevin will get the whole back seat and I'll get the middle seat. Unless mom claims the back seat... :-)
Just 2 more days till I see my boy again! He started his new job today, and he seemed to like it. Lots to learn, but it seems pretty cool!
Well, I have a few more things to do before I can go to bed. I'll be home sometime on Sunday. (there is NO way I'm driving back up to Seattle after being in the car for 13 hours. Not happening. no way! :-)
