(no subject)

date night ended up being what I needed. Some time out of the house with nothing to do and nowhere to be. We ended up eating at home, but we drove over to a park on the beach north of Mukilteo ferry. There are surpisingly few waterfront parks in the area... The sun provided a very nice show at sunset. Then we used the rest of the christmas gift certificate to ColdStone. We split a treat and it was very yummy.

There is still sucky stuff, but it sucks at a distance now...

Of course, I'm still exhausted. I've been falling asleep at my computer for the last hour. I think I'm going to give up and go take a nap...
