Oct. 5th, 2006 09:09 pmToday was an odd combination of unproductive and productive.
I started out by going to Curves. I did a weigh and measure yesterday. My weight hasn't gone down, but I've lost another combined 2 1/2 inches! Go me! :-)
Anyhow. I got home and immediately got sucked in to Civ 4. It was very fun... :-) That took up quite a bit of the day. But it was fun... :-)
Then I buckled down and did some paying work. Always important, that!
Since I was still working, Jeff made dinner tonight. Ok. He defrosted the soup and made biscuits. But I was very glad for the help! :-) Dinner was pretty good. It was a vegetable soup that I made a bit ago and froze the leftovers. It tastes just as good thawed as it did fresh made. That is a very happy thing!
Then I worked on my office. The food storage is back up in the office and rearranged in the pantry. I rather like it. Maybe I'll even be able to keep the doors shut... :-)
There is still a bunch of stuff out in the living room that needs to find a home, but it's happening! It's a very exciting thing!
Jeff set me up with Synergy. That is a program that lets you use your mouse and keyboard from one computer on the computer next to it. It's kind of nice when I'm switching back and forth between several programs. I can have a couple of them over on the laptop next to the desktop and just move the mouse over to use them. I like it! :-) The only downside is that I occaisionally forget that my mouse is over on the laptop and can't figure out where it is... :-)
Anywho. I haven't been sleeping all that well this week, so I'm going to go to bed...
