rainy sunday

It's pretty stormy today. Normally I wouldn't mind because I'd be holed up either reading or gaming or (as needs to happen today) designing cards. However, a rainy day with friend's mother is another story. Many of the things suggested to fill the days are out door things--specifically walks and going to the farmer's market. My options right now are pretty much movies, listening to music with her, or going for a drive. We've done the listing to music (while I was doing some stamping). Now we're watching a movie. We watched Robin Hood (the Disney animal version) yesterday. She seemed to really enjoy it, so we're watching it again. When the movie first started today, she looked at me and asked if we hadn't watched it yesterday. I was worried, but she moved on and is enjoying it again.

On the one hand, yea for remembering we watched it yesterday, but on the other hand... Well at least she's watching it again... :-)

I've watched more tv and movies in the last 2 weeks than I've watched in I don't know how long.

I'm happy that the 2 1/2 weeks is down to half a week. I'm ready to go home... :-)

so, after the movie, we'll probably go for a drive. It will be nice to get out of the house.

Stick a fork in me, I'm done.
