My fudge recipe is pretty easy...

in a large bowl, mix:
2 12oz bags (4 cups) semi-sweet chocolate chips
7oz jar marshmellow creme
2 sticks butter (1 cup or 1/2 lb)
3 tsp vanilla.

in a large pan (I always ask myself why I didn't use the dutch oven or stock pot), mix:
4 1/2 cups sugar
13oz can evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed...)

mix and bring to full boil. stir constantly for 10 full minutes (I bring to a boil on high and then turn down to medium). pour hot mixture over mixture in bowl. mix well and pour into buttered pan larger than 9X13. Makes 4 lbs.

you can butter pan and then put in parchment paper (I buttered that too) to help get fudge out easily.

mmmmmm..... a nice mix between actual candy and easy... :-)
