I just saw the original muppet Mahna Mahna video! I'm pretty sure I missed this one. I've heard people sing it as pahna mahna, iguana death, and all sorts of other things that fit.
But the original is a lot of fun. Go watch it!
And, just for my dad, Harry Belafonte vs. Animal!
In other news, gaming was fun yesterday.
I learned that part of my sore throat is a cold sore waaaaay back at the base of my tongue. And that a saline mouthwash helps with it (at least a bit). I also learned that gargling said saline solution helps at least some with the whole post nasal drip thing that's part of allergies.
I'm feeling almost human today!
I went to curves this morning for the first time since I got sick, but the exercise was making me cough so I only did one round. But go me!
I got the unexpected surprise that the old insurance (that we were pretty sure ended on the 14th) paid for a prescription today.
I have today to finish up stuff before more crazyness begins. Tomorrow I head down to Portland. In the evening, I take my parent's van out to the PDX airport to pick up my mom, sister, and grandma. Wednesday is the card class. Thursday I drive back to Everett, grab my other packed bags, and then drive up to Bellingham. I'll stay with Sky and J'wyl Thursday night, get up early and drive to Vancouver for my Stampin' Up! convention on Friday, go out to dinner with some friends up there in the evening, and drive back to Sky and J'wyl's house late. Saturday morning I drive home again.
Fun, but crazy, eh?
