The cat is not going to die. She doesn't even have anything really wrong with her. The vet did recommend getting her teeth cleaned (something like 80% of her teeth are covered in plaque and tartar...), so the expensive part will have to be done soon... anyway, after a pathetic time spent in the office (where everyone admired her, of course) she's home now with her vaccinations taken care of.

My thoughts? She's been acting wierd because she's mad at us for being gone again... :-) Of course, she could also have something wrong with her teeth that they won't find until they clean them. But she doesn't have any abcesses or obvious jaw issues. So at least that's good.

The rest of my day is going to be busy. I have to do some paying work and Stampin' Up! business stuff, make a post office run, go say hi to Peanut over at Pandora house, and then Jeffrey has another appointment to work on a friend's computer. they're paying us with dinner. yea for me not having to cook!

In more yea news, I've actually been doing pretty good on my diet. I haven't been really strict with phase 1 of Southbeach (I've had some fruit, my vitamins are chocolate, I had granola for breakfast this morning... blah, blah, blah...), but I have been more under control with my eating. No candy or cookies since Monday (mmm... Pink frosted Lofthouse cookies for date night dessert!). I may even survive and start losing weight again! :-) Go me!

I've also been walking again. Jeffrey even got up a bit earlier this morning and walked with me. That was pretty cool. I hope he walks with me more often!

Anyway, I should stop slacking and get to work...
