I think it's going to be a hot soup sort of day...
Had a busy day yesterday. Exercised. Played with etching glass. Did some paying work. Ate lunch. Put together a package and mailed it. Paid some bills. Made dinner. Went to the work meeting. Tried to get Neverwinter Nights to work after installing the patch. Went to bed...
I'm sure I did other things. Just...
It's gray. I know we want it to be gray (especially if said grayness leads to rain). I know it's fall. It's just, well, I'm not sure what. Gray, I suppose. I'm sure eating something hot will help. Then I'll just get busy. that should also help.
The wind is stirring the trees outside my window. Pine needles are occasionally flying through the air.
I almost had to get out my light for the beginning of my walk. The time change will help with that for a little while, but soon it will be dark while I'm out walking.
Yup. Fall (and thus winter) is coming. The leaves along 185th are almost all yellow and beginning to fall. the deciduous trees along other streets are well into changing colors. The air smells like fall. Soon it will be October and time to carve jack-o-lanterns and get ready for J'wyl's wedding. Then November and Thanksgiving. Then December and Christmas. My how that time flies. I remember being excited not that long ago because the days were getting longer and things were warming up...
Anyway.
I should go be productive.
