geojlcI actually cooked last night! A real meal that didn't come out of a box or a can! :-) I cooked Jeff's favorite meal, the no-cook pasta sauce. it was way yummy. If I didn't mention it yesterday, the produce stand on 25th and Broadway ROCKS! I got the tomatoes and fresh oregano there yesterday morning (along with some other stuff for a really good price). When I went to make dinner, I realized I forgot the bell pepper. So I went back. I was kind of sad that the price tag was marked 1.79, but it was worth that much not to drive somewhere else. It turns out that the price was per pound instead of the per pepper that most grocery stores charge! I got my pepper for .79! Ok. So I'm easily amused... :-)
I also did some stamping last night. I designed 3 of my card class projects. Now I just have 2 more to do... :-)
Today is going to involve a donation run to the thrift store, a box recycling stop (only the boxes in not so good condition), a stop at a plumbing place to get an adaptor for our faucet Britta, and possibly a Joann's stop. Joanns is discontinueing gallery glass (at least the one in Lynnwood is...) so the bottles are all like 1.00... woot!
anywho. I'm doing the laundry today so that I don't have to do it tomorrow. I'm also trying to do some more organizing in the kitchen. Maybe I'll stop at a cabnitry place and see if they have the right kind of hinges for our corner cabinet... (it only opens 90 degrees. It needs to open 180...)
