geojlcIt's been an enjoyably busy day. I walked over to PUD to pay the electric bill. It's nice to live close enough to downtown that you can do stuff like that... While I was over there, I went over to Lowe's to see if they had any oregano starts. They didn't. But they did have diascia which is a flower I love but rarely find... Lowe's had it for $1! I also picked up a small thyme, some lemon cucumber starts, a silver leafed something, and a rosemary start. Then I came home, started the laundry, and ate. My feet were pretty sore from the walk, but other than that I felt good.
Then I ran up to Walmart to look for some fabric for my mom. They didn't have oregano either. I got mom's fabric, and I ended up getting a small, cheap bird feeder to hang outside Matty's window. I also got a small, folding, wire fence to hopefully delineate my plants from everything else... I remembered that I should also check Home Depot to see if they had oregano. They did! Yea! :-)
So I came home and planted my new plants, hung the bird feeder, and am finishing the laundry.
It's a nice day (if a bit nippy still). I'm enjoying the sunshine and my plants out in the garden. Back to doing stuff!
