geojlcI had a nice walk to Safeway. It's pretty cold outside. It was 35 when I was outside and it's already started dropping. But my hat, coat, and gloves were all nice and warm. I also took my furoshiki with me and earned a 'way cool' from the checker when I pulled it out and asked her to put my groceries in it... It also made it nice to cary them home. And there were no more bags to wonder what to do with!
I had intended to start on the stew right away, but I was reminded about my disturbance on waking up to a report that we had raided an Iranian embassy overnight. When I heard that this morning, I decided that it was time to write my congress people. Then I forgot. I decided I should write them now, while I still remembered. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. I only hope my messages get to them and do some good. I will be really upset if we start another war now!
Anywho. I need to get the stew going if we are going to have it for dinner tonight!
