The Novocain finally wore off... just... ow.

Oh well. At least one good thing happened today. An older lady that I've done tech support for emailed me today to ask how to move a paragraph. Since I don't know where the buttons are in her program of choice, I walked her through the highlight/ctrl x/ctrl v keyboard shortcut coolness. I got back an excited email a few hours later saying, "it worked! thank you, thank you, thank you!"

Kind of nice to get something like that when you aren't feeling so good from something else... :-)
