geojlcYesterday was barbque day at Kehf's house! I decided to make a cake as well as cookies. I made a chocolate chiffon with shiny glaze. MMMMmmmmm!!!!! I also made ambrosia. Mmmmm.... ambrosia.... :-)
There was lots of other yummy food, good friends, barbqued meat, art, and monster croquet (for those who don't know, croquet on very not flat terrain). I did lots of visiting then worked on my cross stitch while I watched the croquet game. I also stayed up very late. Fun, fun, fun!

1 cup mini marshmallows
1 cup flaked coconut
1/2 to 1 cup sour cream (the amount depends on how runny you want it and how much liquid is left in the fruit after draining. Although full fat sour cream tastes yummier, I mosly use fat free with good results.)
